Visit "mama" on CNY

Went visit my "mama" on the last two day of CNY, i felt so bad cos it was so last minute. So, earlier on she was mad at me too cos i wished her on cho 4, which my phone was out of credit and i have a very busy schedule. She lao gai on the phone and it was hard to "tam" her.LOL. So i asked her what can i do to make her stop being mad at me. And i asked what do u want to eat then? She was jokingly said bird nest and abalone. So, finally at cho 14 me and darling went and visited her on the morning which is a saturday. Woke up at 8 and reached her house at 9, surprised her with the bird nest and she was happy,Yayy!!Chit chat with her for a while and headed for lunch, where mama brought us to eat the delicious chicken rice which is a so-called Ipoh chicken rice. After that, mama needs to start work at 12.30 as a DJ at the oldies karaoke. So, i insist on following her to the karaoke and was very curious of the environment and her job too, so did mama insist on asking us to sing a few songs for her at the karaoke. I was quite shy at first cos, we have to sing on the stage and all the audience down there would hear us sing. It's not like Neway or Greenbox that we have a private rooms among our friends and no strangers would notice if we sing badly, so i refused to sing earlier on. At last, we sing quite a few songs such as, Boyzone-when you say nothing at all, words, everyday i love you, Backstreet Boys- I'll never break your heart, and also Nothing's gonna change my love for you-forgot who is the author already. At last mama was quite satisfied that we sang and gave us permission to go home, since there were also increasing number of customers coming in, we quite pai seh also cos both of us sing free.hehehe.the rest gotta pay Rm7 for entrance fee and sing to the max (12.30 to 5pm) which also gets a bottle free of mineral water. For your info, the karaoke sells beer too and also soft drinks, you are allowed to bring your own CD and and queue up according to your number for singing, so you can only sing one or two songs at a time.
